Tata Sky — False commitment and deduction | |||||
Hello, I got a call from tata sky Customer care on 2/3/2016 saying that there is an offer for Me, since I had not used it for many a days they offered two months Subscription with a discount of Rs 100. I was also told that I can take any plan and I would get the Channel STAR SPORTS 1 as Free because of World Cup, whether its a basic pack or the pack offered by them . I asked the amount for which I should recharge to get the offer, she said You can go for basic Pack of 99 + 45 (Add on) and I would receive Star Sports 1 as Free . I called up the customer care again once I did the recharge, now they say that wrong Commitment was given to Me and there is No Free channel option, I was not going to Use the connection anytime, but since I got a Call from Customer care with these offer I recharged . Kindly give a solution for this, since Your person gave this commitment and not you are saying its wrong commitment, that's not my Fault, don't try to lure customers with these Cheap commitment when U can not stick to your Words . Tatasky I'd : [protected] I had recharged day before yesterday and now they have deducted the money and made it to -30, saying that I did I not pay to technician, I had asked him if there is any payment to be done he said NO, how would I know of there is any payment to be done, even if it is there they should send technician or can call back to inform before deducting money .
