[Resolved] Tata Sky — false info provided by agents and looting customers | |||
My subscriber id is: [protected]. Firstly i had made a rqst for removing tata sky connection on 29th sep 2017 as i was relocating but the technician didn't turn up until last moment. Secondly, tata sky technician fitted the connection at my new place on 1st oct 2017 and put a new wire without checking that there was already a wire at my place in front of his eyes. After that i am unable to view my hd channels so i booked for a technician on 2nd oct 2017 and the customer care agent informed me that i have a visit warranty of 1 month so i dont have to pay visit charges. No technician visited my place in spite of calling tata sky 10 times. I was able to view my hd channels properly before this connection at my new place. I am paying for the wire in spite of the fact that i had already had wire. I again called tata sky on 6th oct 2017 to book for a technician and this time the agent is telling me that i have to pay 225/- for technician visit as my box is out of warranty and said that false info was provided to you earlier. What kind of harassment is this. Tata sky is just looting people. Its d worst d2h service and they have the most illiterate customer care agents. Its all #. Was this information helpful? | |||
