Tata Sky — False Promises and lacking of services | |||||
I am a Tata Sky costumer since 2007, my TATA SKY ID is [protected]. I have requested for relocation on 4th of October, 2015. The Dish was removed from the old location, but its not yet reinstalled on the new location till date (17/10/15). Ive called the TATA SKY costumer care several times, also everyday I receive about 15-20 calls from TATA SKY engineers, for the confirmation of my address and time to reinstall the dish. But, instead not a single person has visited my place till date. Also, whenever I call them, the call is every time transferred to different departments, sometimes the duration exceeds 30 minutes and so on, and every person the call is transferred, asks the same irritating questions yet the result of all this is zero. I don't know the procedure how to upload the call records which I have in my phone, there are a number of calls. Every time they verify my address yet no one visits my place for reinstallation, after this I've decided not to use TATA SKY any more nor suggest others to use it. They also don't have any complaint & suggestions page on their official website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
