I filed a complaint on 10th for no signal issues on mu cable. Contacted representative and upon discussion i was promised that i will be charged only for out of warranty charges and any defective part apart feom dish as during installation i was provided with tata sky dish. But im charged 800 + for visit + dish+ the defective part. How does this make sense? First thing why was rhe dish replaced when it was not the faulty part? Another thing is even if the dish is replaced why should i pay for it again when i already paid during installtion? Are you fool out of your customers?
