I purchased my tata sky hd before 1.5 month. It is in base warranty and adapter stops working. I called 5 times to tata sky helpline. Then a technician came and he changed the adapter. After replacing adapter he said it is chargeable, though your set top box in under base warranty but adapter is not covered under warranty.
The question is- why adapters are not covered under base warranty? Intentionally you are providing faulty adapters or what?
Why we pay for this faulty adapter as its being only 1.5 month and there is an issue with adapter?
And as per tata sky guy the amount will be added in my next bill...Why so? Why should i pay for this adapter? Do we don't have any other work??
In short, tata sky is providing faulty adapters and they are not covering this under base warranty. We are not going to pay for this. I want it to replaced it under warranty.
