Sir i upgraded my tata sky in jan 2018. Now my card is not working properly. When i call to costmer care tata sky they told me for pay to visit charge. When my box is under warranty why pay visiting charge. I have talked to costmer care sh akshay kumar on dated 18.11.18 but no response in their site &same day mail to tata sky co.
