Tata Sky — Faulty product sold and seller not willing to refund money | |||||
My remote stopped working which took about 15 days to get replaced. During this period we could not watch tv at all. finally the remote was replaced but unfortunately it stopped working in a month's time. we had to undergo the laborious process of complaints all over again and the remote got replaced again and we got charged AGAIN. Not only is it difficult to get in touch with someone through the phone but getting people to understand that a remote cannot stop working in a month is next to impossible. Tatasky does not take any responsibility for having supplied a defective product and refuse to credit the amount. The customer service people are completely ineffective. The agents disconnect the call to the effect that all the time one was holding the phone was totally futile. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE LACK OF ETHICS.
