Tata Sky — Faulty services and worst customer care experience | |||||
Subscriber Id- [protected] As a user I am really fed up with Tata Sky services. I have been complaining from 20 days on 3rd request a Tata Sky executive comes and doesn't have any solution and changes the set top box and tells this is what I can do and if you know better you can do it yourself. I just want to discontinue the services and return the amount I have paid to Tata Sky. Their is no professionalism with your services and I am fed up with day to day problems even the customer care doesn't have any answer for this issue. This is the worst experience ever had from any of the companies. I subscribed for the annual pack and now Tata Sky has just took our money and now playing with us.
