Tata Sky — favourite channels not being shown out of paid package

We have been calling customer care continuously but no one is responding and sms are not being acted upon. Why should we be charged for No broadcast days. No major incident is made know to me as customer. Pathetic customer care, has no option to escalate the matter of no response. Please let me know whom to reach out for help.

Pathetic customer care service and they have been flashing wrong sms code to be send for respective channels to be sent to paid number wasting our money on such sms
