I am fed up of services provided by you since the last 2 years.
Wrong information and untrained service personal
1. My TV Any where was required only for the first 2 months and I had raised a complaint for the same. the package is not dropped yet even after my account was recharged . I am charged till the last billing cycle. THIS IS INTERGIRITY AND ZERO IN THIS CASE
2. Did not request for HD services right from the time of putting a request for an extra connection
the charges still continue in spite of telling your on site technical person and calling the help desk. The HD package is still Live and after numerous attempts to make your online staf[censored]nderstand the situation is still negative balance due to negligence of the staff
3. Rains have affected my viewing every year, no attempts to rectify.
4. FED UP of dealing with incorrect information since long now !
