Copy of the mail I sent to Tatasky which is self explanatory
This is further to my service request regarding Amazon fire stick. My Tatasky id is [protected]
is already reported I was never provided with Amazon fire stick in the first place and but our you continue to charge me for Tata beings which is ridiculous.
Now a technician is calling me to say that he is coming there to take back the fire stick which I don't have.
When I try explaining to him, he says that he is aware of that and he is only trying to help me out. He says he will come there close the request and note down the service number which will be flashed on the TV screen.
I still think this is absurd but anyway I am tired of fighting with you guys. If if you are not going to refund me the amount your debited for Tata binge account that I never had in the first place I have to take this up with the appropriate forum.
Please also let me know your escalation matrix.
