My tatasky id is [protected].My tata sky set top box was not receiving signals, so I contacted to customer care, after complaining one agent has come & he has changed tata sky's wire and i have paid him for this.After one day my set box was again not receiving signals then i again called customer care and told the problem and asked that, will you take any charge for visit because i had already paid for this, then he committed, there will be no charge for this, but i saw there was 170 Rs. again less on my tatasky balance, then i called to customer care and he said that money can't be returned. It can't be possible.So tell me which kind of justice is this? So you are requested to please take some action for this. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
