[Resolved]  Tata Sky — forced activation and charges deducted for unwanted 3rd connection

my customer id for tatasky is[protected]. My 3 rd set top box which was not being used by me was activated without my permission on 17th june. Sine then I have made 7 requests to them to deactivate it and was always assured on each occasion that I would get a call back and it would be deactivated in 24 hours. but it is still active and charges are deducted from my account. Now for the last 6 days they dont answer my calls or my emails In this way these people are completely uncooperative and cause customers harassment and mental torchery
