Tata Sky — Forcing me to pay for their Metro Pack while I wanted only selected channels | |||
I had subscribed to Tata Sky in February 2015. During the time of subscription they said that theeir Metro pack is coming free for one month with new subscriptions and assigned Metro pack to my account. After one month was over, I called them several times from my registered mobile, land line, talked to them for more than 3-4 hours and told them that I want to drop Metro pack and opt for make my pack . I gave them a detailed list of channels whose price amounts to Rs. 165 or so as mandatory per month. However, despite calling them several times, they are not droping this metro pack from my account and charging me extra for the list of channels I suggested in lieu of their Metro pack. Now they are not attending the calls for changing this pack and charging me continuously. Was this information helpful? | |||
