[Resolved]  Tata Sky — forcing to migrate with new plan before the deadline

Hi,

This is kishor. I am a tatasky subscriber. I have couple of concerns.

First thing is i have little bit amount balance in my tatasky dth account. Service is discontinued from 10th afternoon by tatasky. When i called to tatasky customer care, their associate informed me like they have customers in billions, they can't migrate with new rules at a time on 31st march 2019 so they are grouping or segregating customers, discontinuing with old plans and forcefully asking to migrate to new plans. Now i am under that group so the associate asked me to select the channels as per new rule to get continuation. Here my question is still 20 more days are there to migrate with new rule, why is the service provider forcing me to migrate without informing me. I might not watch or continue the service provider after the deadline. Why should they discontinue the service when i have balance in my account.

Second thing is i am really opposing your new rule. Earlier i used to pay 325 rupees for more than 25 channels which i use to see regularly. Now i need to pay more than 400 to watch those channels. My father lives in a village and use to pay 150 rupees for more than 50 channels now he needs to pay more than 300 for less than 10 channels which he wants to see. I would have appreciated with your new rule if there is no network fee and ask to customer to select which channel they want to see and pay only for those channels. Ncf is the burden for customers, off course they are getting 100 free channels for ncf but hardly watching couple of channels that too forcefully.

My humble request to withdraw the new rule or remove the network fee.

I have subscribed for etv bouquet, zee prime pa k, star maa pack and paid for that.but not able to watch all the channels in that packs subscribed. pathetic customer service. I'd [protected]
