I have purchased a tata sky hd set top box 10 days back. I was informed that if i purchase directly through phone service then i will get all channels for free for 1 month. The box was installed i paid INR 2200 for the box and connection. Today while browsing the channels i just realised most of the channels were not coming. On complaining over the phone, they simply stated that it was a fault from the sales department and they cannot help it. I am disgusted by this kind of a service from these people and i will formally lodge a complaint against them in the court.
Anytime you have a problem there is always an application update in progress and they cannot check records, if there is an application update then how can the amount be deducted from the consumer through message and till the service is not given.
