Since tata sky set up box are getting upgraded I too confirm the same but it is not done in fact one of your executive have informed your team and in your database it is mention its been changed to mp4. Now what do I understand with this fraud with customer.

Many times I have been calling your customer care services though no response only getting SMS that it will be done or executive will call you shortly.
If this is your service than I have go to consumer court for doing fraud.
So if you do not resolve my issue soon I will take picture of the set box which am holding and SMS sent by you to me for request of change of set up box to mp4 and send to consumer forum for support. Was this information helpful? |
