Hi,
There are a big fraud in taky sky smart manager chanel 701. which is free of cost active my monthly mix dhamal pack as called me taky sky customer care team. I have not seen this program but he has charged rs.10 per day unnecessary without any intimation neither any information me. now i have seen my due amount Rs.645. i have called to customer care team but they are not ready to reimbursement.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, you have never been charged for Actve Manager and your monthly subscription is Rs 285.
