[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Fraudulent activation of services by tata sky

Sir/Madam, My name is sushant and my tata sky id no.[protected]. i would like to inform you that tata sky without asking activate FUN LEARNING PACK on my tata sky id. i submit my complaint tata sky customer care and your executive told me in 24 hours sort out your problem.but already over 24 hours pack is not deactivate.this is not first fraudulent activation.i am facing this problem last 9 month before tata sky activate active music pack and active games services on my id without asking me.i have request your honour please sort out my problem at your earliest convenience. thank you
