[Resolved] Tata Sky — Fraudulent activation of services by Tata Sky Custome Service Representatives | |||
Hi, I had called TATA SKY Customer care to enquire about the existing packages in my account. In between the call, Customer Service Representative told me "Being a valuable customer we would like to provide you Active Music and Active Learn package", which I clearly declined. Upon ending the call, I got a message from TATA SKY stating Active Learn and Active Music has been activated on my account. I called TATA SKY again and I was told by Customer Service Representative that my request can only be processed after verification in around 7 working days. There is no process defined by TATA SKY to corroborate my claim of not subscribing to the services and when I asked the representative to provide the call records he declined and did not have any proof of the same. This is a gross negligence and inconvenience caused by TATA SKY customer service representatives who misguide the end customers and in the end its the end customer who end paying for it. There is no process which provides a claim for subscribing to the services and no confirmation message is sent to whether active the service or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
