Tata Sky — Fraudulent charges by tata sky

Hi on 24th july the tata sky installation person did relocation at my place by putting up the dish antenna. this was charged at rs 200 which i agreed to. But fraudulently tata sky also charged me rs 170 more as service charges for a digicard which i purchased from tatasky dealer. The digicard actual cost is Rs 225 and if it is installed by engineer only then tatasky can charge a service visit charge. But i did not agree to service visit as i can insert the digicard simply by myself and no external help is required for the same. Therefore i would be responsible for paying only for the digicard.
