The tv went completely blank even though set top box and tv show green light. On speaking with customer service she advised various methods but nothing helped. Finally she concluded that the common dish antenna fixed in my building for all residents is faulty. It’s not my personal dish nor is it my fault that it’s not working! Yet i was told that i have to pay the technician for repairing it! No service provider can be more of a cheat. It’s daylight robbery! They have absolutely no work ethics. I’m waiting to get rid of them and waiting for jio to begin their cable service!
