[Resolved] Tata Sky — fraudulently charged me 950/- | |||
I Hiren Bandodkar sub I'd being [protected] had made complaint to Tata sky as some of the channels we were unable to view on around 18may Their technician comes and straight away stay that my HD set top box is getting hanged and needs to be changed. He changed the box and leaves. Within 15 minutes the problem continued. I called him again but he didn't pick up. So made complaint again in Tata sky. Now some other technician comes and says my dish tx needs to be replaced. And hd Box need not be replaced. He does that. Again in 2-3 hrs the same problem continued. Again I complaint Now Tata sky send a senior technician on 3juneand he says that the real problem is with the wire He says our technician will come and change the wire by tomorrow. Till now no one turned up. I called the Tata sky so many times and also mailed them. Now they called up and say that they will not refund the money back.
