[Resolved]  Tata Sky — frequent interruption

In spite of my repeated request Tata sky is not attending to rectify problem. In stead avoiding telling cock and bull story.
My DTH Tata sky ID no is [protected]
Always reflected in the screen "This is wrong card for this set up box ( pairing error)" even though both set up box and digital card nos same as showing in the screen
