Tata Sky — Frequent interruption in the services | |||
No signal for last two weeks and no reply from customer care for SMS, calls, online requests and so on. My account is charged everyday for no reason. Finally I had to get a technician from local Tata Sky Vendor by paying Rs.250/- as his visiting charges. Now I can view only few channels though the signal strength is 100%. In last 25 days tata sky services were available only for 5days, very pathetic service. Now tata sky should refund the amount that I paid to technician as well as the amount that is deducted from my account for no reason and ensure that I can view all the channels as per my package. My subscriber ID is [protected]. I would escalate the issue further to the higher level if Tata sky ppl further ignores me. Was this information helpful? | |||
