[Resolved] Tata Sky — frequent set top, box receiver issue - account balance amount not refunded even after several follow up | |||
Tata sky provides one of the worst service. I have changed the settop box 3 times in a short span as they said it gets repaired frequesntly. And recently one of the tatasky service attended the rapair for no singal and he said your receiver is damaged. If you replace new one it is 350 rupees sir, i have a old one in good condition, i can give it for 200 rupees, i agreed half minded. But again in 1 month the same problem arises and customer care said you need to pat service change again. I got frustrated and cancelled the tatasky connection on 28/10/2019. They haven't refunded my account balance of inr 2350.83/- yet. I have sent a cancelled check leaf to credit the amount into my account but no action taken by tatasky. Yet.
