Tata Sky — Frustrating Customer care by tat shy . Why people change to Airtel | |||
Tata Sky gave me a second connection at my office on payment . However when I went to renew it they say you cannot register because you already have your mobile phone attached to one subscription . Hence I am not able to renew . So I decided t ogive my wifes no and tried to register online the same subscrber id . It says please contact customer care to change telephone . with no possibility of making payment or registering i call help [protected]. There after all the number selection i tays you have two subscriber id choose any one . If i select one it finally goes to operator call . It says congestion in the line at 6 15 pm please wait 8 minutes . i waited 3 minutes and still says wait 8 minutes and then says if you want a call back dial 1 . i dial 1 and it says we will call you back in 24 hours. past the renewal time ... absolutely no solution or resolution . I called again as next day the free subscription fo one month ends for new connection and without my request they are tryng to exten HD and active channels . I managed to ge ta customer service center person throgh ad remove chanel but immediate after you select that you want to delete HD the call drops.
