[Resolved] Tata Sky — fta channels unavailable | |||
I raised my concern with Service Provider (Tata Sky) SR[protected] on 17 Feb2019. Same was resolved without fixing my issue. I raised another request on 20 Feb 2019 that is SR[protected] and escalated to normal officer. Last ticket too closed without fixing issue. On calling their customer care they suggest me to contact nearest dealer to activate free to air channels. My concern is to have free to air channels available for me, which is not active for me.
