[Resolved]  Tata Sky — getting "pairing error " while switch on to tata sky service

Hi,

Subscriber id: [protected]
We have recharged this subscriber id on 18/dec/2017 with 200rs for 1 month. But today we are getting pairing error while switching on our tv.

Can you please assist you further regarding this. Why this is happening to us because the service will valid till 18/jan/2018. We need an urgent solution for this.

Hi, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
