[Resolved]  Tata Sky — giving validity one day short (actual validity 30 day but giving 29 days)

I recharged on 14th dec 2017 of rs 425. According to the sceme it is one month. Bumper `425 per month - tata sky (Its the link in internet). But it comes in the message that you have to recharge on 12th jan 2018 which is wrong. When i called the customercare people they said first its ok 30 days. Then i had made them count. They are making so much of fun. I have all the recorded conversations. I am going to send it to the ministry of consumer affairs. I can put it also how their behaviour. Even they cut down the phone calls several times, its very bad, unfortunate. They should not do that. When i recharged also it took 2 hours to activation. So who is going to compensate these two hours. Please look after and solve the matter. Thanks.

I recharged today at 6am. But the DTH not working.When I talked to the customer care people she said it will take 2 hours to upgrade. Who will fulfill these 2 hours compensation. I don't know whether it will work or not. Please reach to me.the recharging time taken was 2 hours. if this happens what will we do . for this thing the tata sky dth company is reponsible. they should give some compaensation.
