[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Google pay amount deducted but not credited to my tata sky account

I have recharged my Tata sky account for 1 year but its not updated my account. But my amount got debited in my bank account. I have done the recharge using Tata Sky website and paid using QR code with Gpay account. Able to see payment was successful in Gpay but not reflected in Tata sky account.
