You guys should really shutdown your call centres. We hear the same crap we are sorry. Being a ... Premium customer.. I will have to say your customer care department is good for nothing. I raised a sms ticket @ 10:46 am on the 2 of April 2015. NS 10:47 am I get the following sms We have received your request on the issue of No Signal. Soon we will be sharing with you the work order details No one even tries to call me. I called twice your call centre at 11:47 pm and you guys have put due to congestion in the call centre you may not be able to reach anyone.. Are you serious at 11:45 pm you have billions of people calling you.. Cut the crap be honest with the customers. Now the beauty your customer guy says he is sorry.. Dude where is the fix for this.. You know he started arguing and the best part he disconnected the call.. He has some ... to fo the Same. Now lets talk about your TL some one called swanet.. I am pretty sure not the real name... He has too much of an attitude.. In short my Tata sky issue still persists even after 13, hours. Damm good job folks. Now l would be getting an auto response and no actions would be taken... Two upgrades on the same month...awesome planning. Upgrades should ideally happening in the night time not in the day time you brilliant guys.
