[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Grievance against tata sky technician

My Taya sky box no is [protected]

and registered Mobile no [protected]

I have shifted from Hubli to Bangalore on 30/08/2022. And raised a request for relocation.

On 30/08/2022 a technician Sri Lakshman SN visited our home for relocation Service. He said our tata sky box is not receiving signal. So it has to be replaced with new one. Already brought one new box with him on that day. He asked us to give 1200/_ rupees to make payment yo his phone pe. Accordingly we made a payment. And he gave his own and old tata sky box no which was in his spouse name Nivedita with her mobile number. And he has taken our old box with hi. He said name and number can be changed after few days. But later when I tried change mobile no and name email id . Then I was being asked OTP. Which was gone to his spouse no. Then I called him and said that I'm unable to change no and name . And also I asked him that yo give our old box back. Then he refused yo come back to give and asked one week to wait. Then I waited for a week. But, problem did not resolve. Finally, I said if he doesn't give our box back we will make a complaint to tata sky. Afterwards, he came to our home and returned our old box. But when I saw the box I came to know that he has removed the sticker and bar codes which are back up on the box. Further, I made a complaint regarding his fraud.

And ticket was given to ke is 3UTIU245 on 18/09/2022. But my ticket ID was closed by tata sky without resolving the issue and without giving service. In this regard I'm calling everyday to tata sky customer care but they are not resolving our issue. Instead they are taking complaint everyday and giving ticket if to us. And closing the tickets without my awareness and not intimated to me for having closed. In this connection one more tata sky technician Sri Harish kumar visited our home to box replacement service he us also asking us to pay 1200 instead of 400/_ Standard charges.

So I request your goodself to kindly take a disciplinary action against Sri Lakshman SN (his mobile no: [protected]) who is fraudulent.

Kindly do our tata sky box replacement on standard charges. And deduct/ debit from the salary of Lakshman SN for having committed the mistakes during his duty.

Hope my issue would be resolved in few time
