To The manager Customer care Tatasky service Dear sir/madam, I would like to request you to extend your service connectivity recharge date for another 5 days extension as per trai rule, since your technician did not visit my house to solve the technical problem in spite of my complain on 4.02.2019 in your toll free no to customer care department and that problem solved on 09..02.2019 6 pm after lodging online complain to your customer care second time on 7.02.2019.
