Tata Sky — half of the channels cut down after 4-5 day of payment

Hi, I'm Vaishali, my tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. my tatasky plan started on 16th feb 2015, with one month free plan, but from 4th of March, mean just after 15 days half of the channels are cut down by them without any reason. Then I tried all ways to contact them. I can't believe they kept me waiting for 40 mins, and then they only cut down the phone, then I recharge with 240 plan prior the next month payment and all channels had been activated. It means i have to accept there is no free one month plan as they offer on site, and on top of that there is no one to respond you whatever happens after payment. I really hate Tatasky and their fake offers! If they have some etiquette or ethics as a company to their customers they should reply to me. Tell me who will recharge any plan for 5-10 days a month and next 20 days cut off of half channels. It is the worst experience I encountered with them. The vendor whom I paid 1850 to start my tatasky, is irresponsible. If any one know where to contact tatasky if customer service is not responding? Don't they have any authorized customer service centers in Pune? It's really horrible.
