I have requested for HD set box on 7 June 2014. I have made advance payment for service. I have already made payment for set top box. Customer care Tata Sky have said your current set top box is MPEG2 box, they request you to upgrade it to MPEG 4 /HD set top box and. For upgradation the customer need to pay.I had requested Tata Sky customer care to provide details of Grievance Redressal cell. But. they are not providing any details.
