[Resolved] Tata Sky — harassing the customer in different ways | |||
I had subscribed to the annual package on 15/06/2018 (Friday) with the assurance that the installation will happen by 17/06/2018 (Sunday). On monday (18/06/2018) the service team fixes the time for installation in the evening at 06:00 pm and nobody turns up. I had immediately informed the team and customer care about the issue and they assured that there was a lapse and we will install without fail in the next appointment itself. After this the appointment was given for 21/06/18 again at 06:10pm. Again nobody turned up and there were lot of 'sorry' from the customer care and tata sky representative named praveen. Because of the lack of service and pathetic feedback from the concerned team, i had asked them cancel the connection and refund the amount. From that day i have been following up with customer care for update and each and every time i get different message from customer care. Some of them are; 1. Sir, we havent received any request 2. We have received your request, but we will need 72 hours to take action and our concerned back up team will contact. 3. The installation request couldnt be completed as my contact number was not reachable, where in i havent received any calls on the registered number and alternate number which i have given. 4. We have received your cancellation request, but you didnt give request for refund 5. The last one and shocking one, on 22nd june 2018, the refund request was cancelled in the system. Where in this was done without my consent. What is all this? Tata sky has been fooling around by giving different nonsense reasons and as a customer i have been at the receiving end.
