Tata Sky — Harassment and callous attitude of TATA SKY

I am subscriber of TATA SKY since May, 2012.ID No.[protected]. Initially the service was reasonably good, but has gradually deteriorated. I paid annual subscription in May, 2012, which was renewed in June, 2013 and June, 2014. My subscription was till mid June, 2015. But for the last 2 months I have been getting messages on my mobile that my subscription has expired and finally I was threatened with disconnection of service and I was forced to recharge for Rs.564/- on 17th March, 2015. I have been trying for several days to speak to their customercare on ph. no.[protected] and finally I got through today the 31st March, 2015. The customer care executives are thoroughly useless and after almost one hour and spending about Rs.100/- as telephone charges I was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the floor manager by the name of Sourandi. She was also not able to solve my problem but promised that some knowledgable person will call me back within one hour. This was at 12.30.pm. and now it is 9.00 p.m and nobody has bothered to call me.
