Tata Sky — Harassment and cheating by tata sky customer care

Had been getting error 02 before a month or so, for which I complained on 23/12/15 and got the box replaced on paying Rs.690... The box which I got on replacement, was also defective, not just physically, but also functionally and it continued to give error 02 regularly... For this, I made several complaints again, by calls and by mails to the customer care as well as to the local supervisor Mr. Om Giri, on whose request I even mailed the photographs of the defective box as well as the Error 02 in new box... All these had been going on since last 2 weeks, but with no results... Mr. Om Giri also promised to send his technician to replace it with a new box, but no one ever turned up... And if this wasn't enough, today they suddenly disconnected my services, in spite of balance in my account, without any prior intimation... I was in any case going to shift to other TV operator after such bad experience... But I feel very bad that, even after being a committed customer of Tata Sky since more than 5 years, I had to face such mistreatment by customer care, who not only remained inactive to the problems faced by the customer, but also likes insulting customers by kicking them off... Really Disgusted and Disappointed by Tata Sky...
