It all started with the Tata Sky Set Top Box... Had been getting error 02 before a month or so, for which I complained on 23/12/15 and got the box replaced on paying Rs.690... The box which I got on replacement, was also defective, not just physically, but also functionally and it continued to give error 02 regularly... For this, I made several complaints again, by calls and by mails to the customer care as well as to the local supervisor Mr. Om Giri, on whose request I even mailed the photographs of the defective box as well as the Error 02 in new box... All these had been going on since last 2 weeks, but with no results... Mr. Om Giri also promised to send his technician to replace it with a new box, but no one ever turned up... And if this wasn't enough, today they suddenly disconnected my services, in spite of balance in my account, without any prior intimation...
I was in any case going to shift to other TV operator after such bad experience... But I feel very bad that, even after being a committed customer of Tata Sky since more than 5 years, I had to face such mistreatment by customer care, who not only remained inactive to the problems faced by the customer, but also likes insulting customers by kicking them off...
