Tata Sky — harassment by tata sky technicians & dealer umiya electronics | |||
I booked tata sky dth th umia electronics on 25.3.18 he assured to get installed in 24hr. Afternoon sunil contacted me to instal dth. As i had not occupied the flat i asked to installed next time i available. He agreed on 27/3/18 we decided to instal in afternoon 3pm he agreed. But he did not turned up & directed to tushar to do the same job. Ztushar asked me time i confused & i asked why he phoned me & asking time, he told that sunil will not come, by that time it was more than 4pm. I conformed from sunil that he is going to gota to instal dth but will not installed same at my flat. Tsoushar also told that he will take 2& half hr to instal before that no body told me the time. I was not having time so i confirmed from tushar to instal on 28/3/18. He agreed at the time i decide on 29/3/18 @10am & conformed tushar 3pm to instal dth. But tushar deceived me & nither he turned up nor attended my calls from 3.30pm to 4pm I complained about these defaulter technician narrating whole event to customer care head joyti verma (As told by operator) on 28.3.18 she assured to instal but nothing has been done by them. Again on 29/3/18 i complained verna. On 28 & 29/3/18 to dealer also but he was also not interested in this matter as commission was already taken by him from tata sky. He dilip patel also failed to do so. He charged rs5545/-but he sent message of rs4946/- Now get it installed on 30/3/18 before noon or cancel booking & returned my booking amount. Rs5545/- Such a huge reputed co of ratna tata has been bad named by two technician who are malingerer, lubber, doodle, slacker, dishonest, irresponsible etc. Remove both tecnician from service & black list umia electronics so that tata group name, fame, reputation can be saved.& tata sky co can be saved by bank rupted.
