[Resolved] Tata Sky — Harassment by Tatasky | |||
I have requested Tatasky to reinstall my Dish at my new location on 20/06/2014. They have given me time 3pm or 4pm on 21/06/2014. their technician called me he will come at 4.30pm, but after that i have to call him 15 times to know whether he is coming or not..In the evening when I call customer care and talked to their senior he said your dish will be installed on 22/06/2014 at 10.30am. I called them at 11.00am they said they will reply in few minutes. But i have to call again at 1.00pm to know the status.they said our technician will come at 4.30pm. But nor their technician niether any call . So please I am totally harrassed by them. I lodging a complaint against them .My subscriber ID u is .Subscriber ID-[protected]. Please don't buy this TATA SKY this is the most unethicall company. Now i will sue them in court really pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||

You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite relocation.

My case is also same. My Tata Sky id is [protected]. I registered a complaint for service engineer's visit on June 1, 2014. I gave an alternate number to contact me and asked to visit on weekend. Despite several further complaints with their customer care on 7 June, 15 June and 22 June and many more chases of their service engineers my dish was corrected finally on 29th June. In between my account got finished. I asked for refund of my monthly amount that I paid on 23 May. But their customer care people say that delay is on my end. They say that their system does not accept alternate number and they cannot visit on weekend; both white lies because they contacted me on my alternate number and visited me on the weekend itself.
Tata Sky service is handled by all the cheats; I can say this seeing the way their service engineers evaded my calls and their customer care people told lies on my face.
