From last 3 months i am telling them not to msg me about payment but in a week they 3 times do msg & same times they do mail, msg in tv set & on last day from morning itself a payment reminder with threatening of disconnection appears on tv set same i have complained atleast100 times but every time i receive call from nodal officer telling this is our routine & nothing can be done even i told them why aren't you giving reply in written ? other i have to take a refund of rs 330-00 from them as i have transferred a dish from 1 place to another in the month of march-15 & for this i have paid them rs 400-00, in may month my tv was not working for which i complained them so many times if require all details will be provided but no one came & ( they deducted170-00 for reconnection which afterwards they cr to my a/c) so i have to call outsided person for repairing to whom i paid rs 250-00 as he was knowing that company is taking 170 rs & time limit of repairing is unlimited, as accoding to me we are paying for to watch tv connection chgs already been paid then why i have to bear if dish is not working, 2 days tv was closed 30 rs for this & they are keeping phone lines chargeble on calling they kept me too much time on hold all the time details can be provided if require same every time in msg i have been mentioning them for this also so 50-00 rs for this.
all with details i have msg them but nothing have improved.
hope complaing to you can change something.
