[Resolved] Tata Sky — Harassment by Tata Sky call center | |
To:tata sky My subscriber id [protected] I have a house outside mumbai (In village kashid, taluka murud, district raigad) where i had installed the tata sky tv service. Since i do not visit that house at all, i have not renewed the service, which expired in january 2017. I have received over 30 calls from your representatives and on 15 occasions i have very patiently explained to the caller the reason that i would not like to continue with the subscription. Every time i receive a call, it is from a new person and they demand an explanation all over again. A simple “not interested” does not work. There seems to be no coordination among the persons who are making these calls and a complete and total lack of interest on the part of your company in what your clients are saying. You obviously have no system in place to understand your clients concerns or to update information given to your representatives. Please note i am not interested in continuing with tata sky and will not be installing it in future too. Hoping that my records will be updated and i will not receive any further calls from your end.
