[Resolved] Tata Sky — hd channel not available | |||||
Hi there, This is regarding rmn [protected] complaint. As per schedule technician visit and told to me that if you're are new user you will not get hd+ channel even if you subscribe hd. Is this not funny... Can you send someone who is aware of what the issue is and able to provide correct solution. It looks i am paying the the bill for hd and getting sd service. As i already confirmed that one of your executive name called shwetha had fixed this for a moment... And she mentioned that it was due to technical error hd+ was missing. Please give priority to this and solve this asap... In case you need any details concern totl this please call me on [protected].
