Tata Sky — HD channels having very bad result, most of the time not available.

Result of HD channels are very bad and most of the time I am not able to see HD channels, have tried to complaint on Tata Sky call center, but always busy. Once they have confirmed that we call you back but still there is no response. Facing same issue for last month, and nobody cares. All the time I tried to call at call center its deducting money from my balance and result is ZERO. On top of I can't drop my packages online, all the time I need to spend money.
