[Resolved] Tata Sky HD — POOR SERVICE | |||
I am TATA SKY HD subscriber for 2 years. From past 4 days the the set top box is not powering on, with this regard have registered a complaint on 26/11/2013 at 1300 hrs. The customer support give a false assurance that the problem will be resolved with in 2 hrs, it be more than 120 hrs and the problem is not solved. Please do take my complaint, i want my subscription date to be extended for same amount of days, the tata sky people take to resolve. As i am not watching any television for past 4 days. You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, resolve your issue and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.
