[Resolved] Tata Sky — hidden charges, behaviour of employees | |||
I had raised a complaint on 25/05/18 regarding the hidden charges, it was closed without even knowing me, i called back again was informed call recording will be checked, n will get back to me, no action against it, i called again on 28/05/18 was informed there is no complaint on the account, lady took a fresh complaint, i informed them i m travelling not in town, lady was ok wit it, few days later got a call from tata sky, i informed the agent i m in train, call me on 2june18, arragont agent anirudh told me they cannot call once i reach back can call n open the complaint, i told him not to close the complaint, arrange a call, he kept on saying that n disconnected the call, still dint receive any calls, called on 5th june, informed the entire situation again was informed will get a call in 48 hrs, got a call again they started asking what is the issue, i got angry n asked them to check the system, every time same questions asked but no solution, again agent said we cannot arrange a call back, if you don't tell the issue how can we assist i told him to check the system, he disconnected, still my complaint is not solved, this is how tata sky treat their customers Was this information helpful? | |||
