Tata Sky — Highly pathetic service.. Have been suffering from past 1 month

A pathetic service by Tata sky... Now your service engineer calls me up and says my address is not updated in your system while as it was two and half years back that I have shifted my apartment and your engineers came to install tatasky here. That time we paid full charges for relocation. Now please let me know why I need to pay more 200rs in addition to 170rs for updating address. He says he cannot come unless address is updated. I am going to consumer court for all the mental harassment that I am receiving from your services.
