[Resolved] Tata Sky — horrible service by tatasky somasundarapalya technician - attention customer care

I have been a customer for the last 12 years. Since last 2 months, i have been facing an issue where my setup box gets heated and switch off after 30 mins.

Inspite of placing repeated requested and pleaded to them to assist me for the last 1 month, the technician in somasundarapalya does not care to solve this.
