[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I am complaining about tata sky bad service

My tatasky stop working from 23rd november 2017. After the complaint one so called technician came and proudly replaced unicable 11 which he felt faulty. Then he operated the tv he started the tv and announced that both set of boxes are to be replaced. Then after fiddling as me time he could operate one setoff box and other one declared dead. He promised to come next day with set off box and it seems from your call centre operators that he closed the file mentioning all is wel.

Then on our complaint another fellow came and he declared the wirings are faulty need to replace.

I fail to understand what type of training are you giving yo these guys.

Now i want some engineers who knows about your system to attend my complaint immediately.
